Greenland Place

Following Creative Coatings work on the The Shangri La, Tienda approached Creative Coatings to help with the works at Greenland Place, a residential block of apartments. The project was the external, and some internal, area of the show apartment and sales office.
External
Creative Coatings were commissioned to manufacture and supply the steel framework, and the aluminium cladding, that would act as a shield to the guttering. The steelworks was engineered in the raw steel, and the cladding was powder coated in Signal White. Underneath the cladding are engineered bespoke brackets to hold the wooden slats. The slats are made from Sepely wood and have been coated with an exterior lacquer.
